What do I do if I believe my debit card has been lost or stolen?

Call the Shazam Fraud Center at 866.508.2693. We also offer the Shazam Brella mobile app, which allows you to freeze your debit card instantly from the palm of your hand.

How do I make changes to my address or other contact information?

Log into Online Banking, and under the additional services you will find our “Address Change” form. Fill out the information and click Submit to send over our secure server.

How do I make changes to my Online Banking username, password, email address, or phone number?

Log into Online Banking, and in the top right corner you should find “My Settings.” Click the “Edit” button next to the information you wish to update, and make your changes.

How do I show, hide, rename, or reorder my accounts in Online Banking?

Log into Online Banking, and in the top right corner you should find “My Settings.” Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Rename & Hide your accounts.” Make the changes you wish to see and click “Go to my Accounts” on the bottom of the screen when complete. These changes will also be reflected in your mobile app!
